I hope with the Emmy win (General)
And I really do like John McCook and am so glad he finally won an Emmy for his role as Eric, I hope Eric will be backburnered for a good while. Why? Because I cannot stand Donna. I know the actress is well loved…it has nothing to do with her. I just don’t like Ditzy Donna. So if she happily and blissfully and mindlessly becomes the new “Forrester matriarch” and gets her portait above the mantel - that’s great. I just don’t want to see her around much. Eric I like for the most part…but not Donna. She and Eric should be blissfully happy… stock up on the honey and take a long, slow cruise around the world…and we will see you at Thanksgiving…not before. Please.

I love Donna, but I thought Eric would marry her because she's not on contract (unless things have changed) and they can backburn Eric and Donna pretty easily. Just let them be happy and content. They could send them on an around the world cruise with no problems.
However, I hate the character of Quinn and I hate Carter. Really don't want to see them.

Eric in the beginning was chasing a young Brooke and today a young Donna, if only the character could have grown, but the same role is past boring. Yes it is time for a very long cruise for Eric.

I agree with you. I don't approve of adultery by anyone, but I think Donna is otherwise sweet, compassionate, kind, and loving. All the things Quinn isn't and never will be.

So agree with you. Donna is as sweet as that jar of honey she packs around. Good natured, never argues, babysits and takes life as it is handed her seems like if she has been pining for year over Eric and done nothing else. So far that has gotten her nothing but a few afternoons of Pickle Ball so if she is putting all her eggs in that basket, probably not going to have a happy ending.
Put on some clothes, Donna, and go out and smell the roses.
