When he can see clearly will be his biological mother. It's unlikely he's going to remember that she shot him. Hell, he might think she's been caring for him this whole time. She'll have to figure out what to do with Li to keep her out of sight though. Is there a closet in that suite?

No matter how many days Finn has been in there with Li and her taking care of him, yes within let's say less than an hour with Sheila controlling the situation Finn began to utter and stir around. He never opened his eyes completely, but he was trying to. We first see him with a hazy face of Li looking in on him (his memory) and then that face turns into Sheila's. So yes, when he fully opens his eyes most probably the only one he is going to see is bio mom, Sheila.
What Sheila will have done with Li by then, I do not know. She could leave her knocked out on the floor, kill her, bind and gag her, most anything to keep her quiet and unnoticed by Finn. He most likely will think that Sheila has been the one taking care of him and forgive all, or never remember that she actually shot him.

Why would you want Sheila to win after she shot Finn? Sheila deserves nothing.

On YouTube, which I know is FAN FICTION, they are saying that Jack comes back next week, June 20-24 and he and Li are still split but he still loves her and wants to work it out and he will rescue Li from Sheila and reunite with Finn. But nothing of what happens to Sheila.

I think Sheila and Li will form an alliance against the snooty Forresters whose lives are always a swirling vortex of confusion and mayhem, with maybe the exception of Zende.
