Deputy Chief Hot Dog implied that there's an APB on her. I think that's basically automatic when a prisoner escapes.

It’s a joke in one of the most populous soap cities. People open doors of multimillion dollar mansions, shootings are rarely solved, and murderers escape from jail. Where are the references to guards and gates? Why are the police bumbling idiots. How come all of Sheila’s plots are so cartoonish. Can’t they mention the security situation rather than have characters repeat the same lines? Where’s the APB for Sheila?
