There will be no story for Hope in the next few months (General)

Another reason why I am/was against Liam and Hope. 1) It's degrading and complete character regression for her. Back with a man who spent the last 2 years obsessing over Steffy, saved her life and just said he'll always love her. A man she has cheated on, left and rejected for 2 other men. I find it hard to take Hope's "love" for Liam seriously after watching her so happy and into Thomas and then begging him to stay the way she did.
2) The other reason is the storylines potential. What will be Lope's story if they reunite? Thomas was always their number #1 source of angst between 2019 and 2024. He made it clear it's over. Carter left her too. Nobody else wants Hope. I doubt Steffy will try to win Liam back. Even Bill is on their side. There is no angst if everyone supports them. Lope spent 3 years in the backburner between 2020 and 2022 because there was no story about them (minus Vinny's death which was their only significant story). I fear it's exactly what's going to happen again. Even on a professional level, there is nothing to tell. Liam works at Spencer while Hope will work with her new brother at Forrester? The only angst I can see is Liam protecting Steffy from Luna while Hope feels insecure and neglected all over again because he spends too much time worrying about Steffy. Really the last thing I want to watch.

The next few months will be all about Luna's pregnancy, Luna's trial, Sinn, Willectra and Sheacon angst, maybe Batie's getting closer, Sheila vs Deacon's triangle, Deke/Remy's romance. Carter will probably move on with Daphne. Unless Thomas comes back, there will be no story for Hope or Lope. They will just be used to prop up other characters, exactly like in 2020, 2021 and 2022. I read AN just got married. MA was on his way out and decided to leave after his marriage, maybe AN will make the same decision. I wouldn't blame her if she does. IMO she isn't treated respectfully. She was strongly supporting Hope with Thomas and Carter, and said more than once she wants to move on from Lope, yet Bell is completely backpedalling and rewriting everything that happened in 2023, 2024 and 2025. And now there is nothing to write for Lope. His dying story is over and turned out to be much ado about nothing. Luna's pregnancy and her rivalry with Steffy will take over the end of 2025 and probably half of 2026 if not more. It's the Luna and Steffy show. Hope has nothing to do with it and at best, she and Liam be supporting characters. I really wish they kept her with Thomas or brought a new guy for her. Being with Liam wears her down, regresses her and diminishes her character's screen time.

Why do you think there is not going to be a SL for Hope? Was it said somewhere? I can see why there might not be. AN got married last weekend and was busy planning her wedding the last month. And may want to take time off to enjoy the holidays with her new husband. If so, I would expect the show to accommodate her. Like they did others.

The show just had Liam go through a period of self reflection where he realized he doesn't want to be a man who ping pongs back and forth between two women. They aren't going to undo all of that growth for the Liam character by putting him between Hope and Steffy again.

Hope and Liam have been apart for two and a half years. There is drama that can be written for them as a couple. And when that tap runs dry then they'll break them up again. Thomas is not the answer. The writing has told us that Hope views that relationship as a mistake. It happened at a time when she wasn't herself and was acting out of character. I, for one, am thrilled that she is back to her old self. I'm excited for the fashion stories and to see Hope interact with her brother.
