Where it takes a person the entire episode to tell someone something. Most people would have blurted it out before the front door was even shut.

It is annoying and frustrating.
Sheila showed she hasn't changed. I knew it!

I don't think Sheila's antics with Li mean she hasn't changed. I think she's just getting revenge for spaghetti-gate.
