Sheila has thought up the ultimate way of getting Steffy out of Finn's life. I think she planned the whole thing. She set Sugar up to taunt Steffy after Sugar kidnapped her. Made Sugar think she was paying back Sheila for all she did to her in the past. But they didn't think Steffy would actually kill Sugar. I also don't think Sugar had any weapon. I didn't see that the police found a weapon on her, nor did any DNA. This was Sheila's best con job ever.:na
