Where wad Finn’s compassion when he was judging Thomas ? And Hope’s when she was judging pregnant Steffy for sleeping with Bill? I would say plot driven compassion

Finn's compassion was with the victim, aka Hope. And same with Hope's compassion. It was with the victim aka Liam. What did Thomas and Steffy need compassion for exactly, in either of those situations? It's not like either of them were suffering due to no fault of their own. They had each made a choice to act a certain way and as I've said before, actions have consequences.
