If Finn had call the police and said we found a woman chained to the floor in an abandoned home. We believe she is the real Sheila Carter. The police and news people would have been there in a hurry. Can you imagine the drama of Steffy and the Forresters finding out about Sheila from the media? Everybody running to ER to get the story. That would have been so exciting especially for Steffy and Li to overhear Finn say he’s looking forward to a second chance with his birth mother. I watch too many of these night time police stories. The FBI show could have told this story in 43 minutes.
