I don't think so.
Finn himself needs a partner who gives him some spark.
Finn needs Steffy, but for that they should stop discussing Sheila.
And Hope needs Thomas.

Hope and Finn don't have to become a couple. They can just cheer each other up.

And Hope certainly does not "need" Thomas! Let that psychopath stay in Paris forever. Hope doesn't need that garbage in her life.
