Steffy may get it from several sides.

She is mad at Finn because he dared to disobey her and went looking for Shelia. Once he saves her life, Steffy will be livid that she failed. That will be two cracks.... 1) He will see her cruelty 2) Steffy will not be able to deal with Shelia coming back.

She is holding onto her secret about Liam. I think with Shelia coming back, it will make her think Liam is correct. That will be another crack

With Ivy coming back, Steffy will be getting jealous if Ivy and Liam get closer. It will drive her crazy plotting to keep them apart. That will help open Finn's eyes. This will be another crack.

Then there is Hope being a supportive friend to Finn. He will need someone who will be his sounding board and help him process his feelings. This will probably be two more cracks.
