Steffy doesn't know how to listen

And she doesn't accept anything other than what she wants to hear.

Hope told her a million times that she agrees with her about Deacon but that she's giving him a little slack because she knows he's grieving. But Steffy just won't shut up about it. She's so rude and has absolutely no ability to empathize with anyone about their legitimate, HUMAN feelings.

She's the same way with Finn. She keeps calling his birth mother a monster when she is well aware that he is having conflicted feelings about her.

Many fans give Steffy feedback on a regular basis. The writers, not so much. I guess they are writing from the perspective that there are people like Steffi who have no awareness about how they act. That may be true but people get some honest talk some time.

She seems incapable of believing that people may have an opinion or a feeling that doesn't align with hers.
