I do not want to be like my mommy…..she doesn’t respect her mommy…..I guess all her life she was ashamed of Brookes past…..must have been hard to deal with it…

That's not what she meant. She doesn't want to be with a man who goes back and forth between women, like Ridge did.

Then why wasn't she talking about Ridge instead of her mom?

Ridge wasn’t the doormat ….Brooke allways took him back plus ridge ain’t her daddy….a moms soppose to be a role model

Does a role model have to be perfect?

I would assume most try to be…. ;-) Set good moral examples
