She got what she wanted with Thomas leaving, so why keep hounding Hope?

Because this is WHO Steffy always is..a nasty bully! Just like when she learned that Ivy was leaving to go back to Australia..I remember Liam told Steffy to leave Ivy alone and let her leave in peace..and what did violent bully Steffy do? She purposely marched over to Eric's house just to harrass Ivy one last time that ended up with Ivy falling all the way down the stairs. Steffy is and always will be a vile mean twit..it's in her DNA.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
