How will Hope get revenge?

So it’s clear Hope is going to have an opportunity in some way to deal Steffy a dose of her own medicine. Curious to see what that will be. Couple of thoughts:

1) Encourage Deacon to try to have charges brought against her for Sheila? Deacon is buddies with a judge?
2) Somehow partner with Ivy to take her down?
3) Get Finn involved? We know he thinks Hope is a good person. How will he react to the woman who just killed his birth mom now being instrumental in Hope losing her son?

The way it’s gotten so ugly so fast something big on the way!


I Don't think Deacon would need any encouragement for that. Him being friends with a judge wouldn't mean anything though. The police would have to make an arrest based on evidence and the DA would have to decide to press charges. His judge friend just gave him advice on motions her attorneys needed to file.

Steffy is not why she lost her son. Steffy is hateful and mean spirited but a lot of what she said was correct. Thomas is the one that made the decisions not Steffy. Finn is not going to care about that. He may not like Steffy's attitude but oh well. It would take something much bigger.
Ivy could be it.

So do I. I didn't mean Finn with Ivy romantically. I was thinking more like she would bring info from Steffy's past.


If Ivy brought up "murdah" and had the video, that would be in Steffy's favor -- just like whatever mess happened with Xander. It will be the same outcome.


I don’t necessarily mean in a police investigation . Because yeah she kept it quiet but more like with Finn.
Between Taylor shooting Bill & Steffy covering it up, Steffy killing Ally and also almost electrocuting Ivy & likely never mentioning it and now murdering his mom in the living room I think he could have doubts about who she is.


I will be utterly shocked if Steffy's past is brought up in this manner. Even when Sinn were discussing her killing Sheila, there was no dramatic irony in the scenes to suggest that Steffy has a history of such actions. It feels as though they wanted us to forget about Aly's death altogether. Steffy's past is rarely mentioned by other characters; why would they suddenly bring it up now? It seems like she's being protected from scrutiny in that regard.

And wouldn't that make Finn a hypocrite? I adore Finn, but if he believes Sheila can somehow be rehabilitated despite her extensive criminal record and the terrible things she's done to him, how would learning about Steffy's past alter his perception of her? Especially considering Steffy was often defending herself from attacks.

I'm inclined to agree with the popular theory that Ivy might be returning with Thomas. There were numerous mentions during the Thope breakup about Thomas finding another woman, making this scenario seem more likely than Steffy/Sheila/Finn related.
