Hope and Thomas are not related by blood, Ivy and Thomas are.

They technically aren’t because Eric is not Thomas’s grandfather. I don’t think blood matters. It’s too close imo, they were raised as cousins.

Thomas and Hope were raised as brother and sister....and actually lived in the same house. We never knew Ivy existed and she never lived in the house growing up with Thomas.
