I’m mad with Steffy but applaud the writers

I have been disappointed in the writing for years but today you figured out how to make everyone win and everyone lose.

Hope and Thomas now know that this dysfunctional relationship couldn’t work. It was sick from the start when Thomas used Douglas to seduce Hope.

Hope should have never gotten involved with Thomas. As someone said he’s not some everyday guy. He’s the guy that was willing to keep her child from her if it meant he could be with her. What made her think that she’s not his trigger?

Thomas fell in love with the woman that many called the Prairie girl. Well Hope is all grown up now and she’s not interested in marriage. She now feels abandoned. She thought he understood.

Brooke of all people the wisest and most sensitive mature person on the screen says people should have stayed out of it. Let them decide and as Brooke predicted, it wasn’t going to end well. You see when you’re a grown up you can express your disapproval and show disappointment when people suffer in the way you thought they would.

The losers today. Ridge and Steffy They just don’t know it yet. I think the writing was superb although painful. Douglas’s comment about Caroline Spencer said it all. Thope was a tragedy in the making. It started off wrong. It ended the way it started, a manipulative mess.


Typical Hope placing the all the blame blame on someone else and claiming Thomas has abandoned them. It's everyone's fault but hers. 'She needs a good long look in the mirror. lol
Hypocrite Brooke saying people should have stayed out of it. She never practiced what she's preaching now.

Brooke only pushed when it initially first started because she thought that according to the script that Hope was in a payback rebound mode. Overtime Brooke has been shown to try to stay out of it and has said so many times recently. In fact her comments shifted to. I just think a lot of people are going to get hurt. She has said that to ridge and to Hope. Well Brooke was right from the beginning. Thope should’ve never started.
