You didn’t tell me you loved me until you were rejecting me. I will never be a Thope fan, but those were powerful words from him.

I still don't think that Hope really loves Thomas. I think that she was infatuated with him for a while. I think Hope is in love with the idea of being in a relationship with a one-woman man.

This! She only told him she loves him when she was afraid he was going to walk away. And even after all these days she hasn't come to the realization that she cannot lose him after all and hence agreed to at least get engaged. She is still adamant about continuing a relationship that is mostly about sex without any long term commitment. That's not love.
