I don't think Sheila is guilty of anything. I think Sugar locked her up or something. I don't know. Your guess is as good as mine, but since KB is still filming, that wasn't Sheila. It's probably Sugar. I'm sure Finn will side with Sheila, and Steffy will probably be arrested till Ridge gets the charges dropped. LOL

How do we know she is still filming? Could it be Sheila's ghost haunts Steffy? LOL
