the second he said it he regretted saying it and said he feels like he might get into trouble for saying it lol

Probably all done on purpose just to drum up the viewers to tune in? Ratings have been poor on this show since late June last year..especially the key demo just awful. JMO.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
