Liam is too focused on his "Favorite Daughter" (his words) to even give a flip about Beth. If he was so concerned about Beth in Thomas' presence he would have done something with her months ago. He doesn't even go talk to Hope about Beth only to check to see if Thomas is under Hope's bed. He uses that backpack as a way to push his way into Hope's home.

Agreed. I don't know why this custody issue keeps getting brought up. It couldn't be more obvious that Liam has zero interest in Beth's welfare. He's too busy salivating after Steffy and using his daughter with Steffy to get close to her.
