i thought the same thing because when they first went to il giardino, lucy was waving at sheila and smiling like she saw santa

Hmmm - I thought Lucy was merely signaling to Sheila (the restaurant staff) that she was the patron wanting to be seated. If they were friends, I would have thought their exchange may have been different.

They set this up to look innocent. I mean -- who signals a bartender to come over and seat them? That's my guess. It was strange, too, how Sheila didn't react to Kelly walking it. she acted like she didn't recognize her until she was right in front of her.

We could be wrong. Just guessing.
