SPOILER FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T WATCHED YET

Eric realizing he didn't win the fashion showdown, then saying it was the nicest thing anyone's ever done for him. I'm glad he took it so well, except for collapsing, that is. I'm sure he thinks this is it.

Everyone looked beautiful! The only gown I don't care for is Luna's. She looks good, but I'm not a fan of her dress or whatever it is, but I do like her Betsey Johnson earrings.

It was surprising all around. I wondered, at the time, why Ridge didn't say "of course you won". His silence and the looks around the room gave the game away. Then Eric's reaction to the truth was surprising as well.

I like being surprised.

Despite most of the parts of the story being predictable, I still found the party poignant and very touching. That's all I want from a soap-to make me feel something. And I did.

Agree. It was a great episode. Very engaging and a classic soap final scene. I think it was well done.
