She should have definitely told him, especially because she didn't initiate either of the kisses and shut Liam down. If he finds out now, Finn will rightfully believe that there was more to it and that is why she kept it a secret.

Yep. Not to mention, Steffy KNOWS Liam has been professing his love for her and wanting her back. She should've told Finn right from the get go, but now imo it's way too late.
