Perhaps Liam isn’t the love of her life after the way, he waffles, back-and-forth and mannequin gate and all that perhaps it’s slowly damaged and killed something inside of her for him. I don’t see how she could call him the love of her life actually.

He has been, up until now. Viewers can't imagine how, after Liam's behaviour but fact is both Hope and Steffy (at least until she met Finn) have called Liam the love of their life. If that changes in the future that remains to be seen. But so far, according to what has been shown, Liam is the love of her life.

I think she’s finally waking up she was a slow learner Hopes problem all the brainwashing then she acts 12 and listens to her mommy
