I believe that Finn thinks he can turn a cold shoulder to Sheila. But Sheila's only purpose on B&B is getting Finn to love her. B&B has saved her from prison by throwing others under the bus or written insane plots. She will stop at nothing.

Like she told Deacon, if only Steffy wasn't in Finn's life..... She thinks she can have Finn's love if she can manage to split up Sinn. I think she'll manage that. Scaring Steffy away. Probably using Liam's love for Steffy to accomplish it.

Yeah, that's what I figured, too, is that Liam's feelings are good for Sheila. And if Liam gets in that position, he might try to form an alliance with her to trick her, which could end badly for Liam.
