For saving his daughter's life? Sheila is an absolute lunatic but she saved Kelly from drowning (and somehow kept her hat on her head) so he owes her at least a thank you.
I wouldn't count on Liam or Steffy thanking Sheila for saving Kelly's life.
But I would love to see Kelly becomes attached to her savior Sheila..Liam and Steffy's heads would explode.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
