Liam’s Squinty and Shifty Eyes

What is with Liam’s squinty and shifty eye looks? I don’t think most people would deduce that because Sheila smiled at Finn and hugged him that it means anything other than Sheila being obsessed with her biological son. Everyone already knows that. Liam thinks he has stumbled on something to drive a wedge between Finn and Steffy and he will no doubt run with it. Also, LOL at Liam pretending he’s not at court for Steffy. Finn saw through that very quickly.

But we know that Finn is softening to Sheila because of his words to her yesterday.

In the room Liam thought it was odd that Sheila and Finn were making eye contact with each other, and Sheila even smiled at Finn. Then, out in the lobby, or whatever that was, it wasn't just Sheila hugging Finn. Finn was embracing her back. Yesterday I couldn't figure out why the camera focused on Finn putting his hands on Sheila's back. When he did it again today, I realized it was to show that Finn was hugging Sheila back. He also kind of had his head tilted, like he was leaning his head on Sheila's. Ewww, so creepy.

Yes, yesterday was very creepy because it was so weird and unexpected. Finn is softening to Sheila though because no matter what your biological parent has done, I don't think it is unusual to somehow feel connected to the person that is responsible for you being alive and breathing. It doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a full-on relationship, and I don't think it will wind up that way. I do believe though Liam is looking for any reason whatsoever to get rid of Finn so his pathway to Steffy will be smooth. I do not trust anything about Liam, and apparently neither does Finn!!
