Because she cheated and she knows it. She can't own up to her own misdeeds, but everyone else is required to by her. She is such a terrible wife. Too bad Finn can't peg his own wife. She wants Liam still. She is pathetic.

I understand her not telling.
She is exhibiting appropriate concern about it.
I hate that she protects liam.
Maybe she is thinkin about acting on it.
Dunno.
But i dont blame her.
Whole litta lyin goin on, not just steffy.
And of the lying, steffy did not initiate the bad behavior

Doesn't matter. Steffy went full throttle on others for being on the receiving end of inappropriate kisses. She deserves to have Finn dump her. I hope he sees what a lying, trifling cheater she is.
