That's what Hope said to Thomas. It's the exact point I made yesterday. Hope has spent years on this merry-go-round with a man who bounces back and forth between her and another woman. That's exhausting. It's no wonder she fell for Thomas because he does look at her like she's the only woman in the world. I think pretty much every woman wants that from their mate.

That's her excuse today. She wanted Thomas for months, way before Liam said what he said. And she was enlisting Steffy to help her be around Thomas, so she can use this as her excuse of the week. It all ends the same anyway. She knew this is what she wanted even back when Thomas was testing her by trying to marry Zoe. She was green jealous back then when he gave her attention, so I'm not surprised.

What does surprise me is that Hope is this damn weak that invoking Steffy's name sends her melting out of her marriage. SMH. But then again, it doesn't. It's just her excuse.

Hope may have had different excuses over time but I feel like we've finally arrived at the root cause: Liam's divided feelings. Hope is tired of being with a man who she fears could leave her at any second for his other woman. She wants to be someone's one and only.

Hope has mental problems if it took Liam being devoted to her for this long to decide it was Steffy. Hope can go. "Bye, Hope." But she'd better not show back up like Ridge did to Brooke.
