It isn't even about forgiveness at this point... Should Liam stay with a woman who checked out on her marriage and wants to be with another guy so bad?.... She ran straight to her lover's arms after he walked out.... Up until he watched Hope eating up Thomas' face for several minutes, he was a loyal partner.... No fantasies or flashbacks of Steffy except in the standalone (9000) episode..... Very hard to blame him or Steffy for Hope's choices, this time around.... I don't think he is a hypocrite for leaving someone who does even want his forgiveness and doesn't regret anything she did in the last 4 months.... I mean she JUST threw in his face that she is SUFFOCATING in this marriage and could finally breathe with her lover in Rome..... That admission burried any chance Liam had to show sympathy.... Even the most forgiving person shouldn't stay with someone who is suffocating.... And he still doesn't know 1/4 of the whole story.... He doesn't know about the months of emotional cheating and lies.... He doesn't know she has been using Thomas to rise her passion in bed.... He doesn't know she was gonna kiss him in SF but was interrupted by the pilot.... He doesn't know she went sightseeing with her lover and smiled for the rest of the day, as if she was spending the happiest day of her life.... No real attempt to save her marriage..... This is still the day after the return from Rome... She is accepting his decision right away and ready to move on with the person she has been fantasizing about all these months..... If 1 person truly regrets emotionally cheating on her husband, that person is not gonna run to the object of her fantasies a couple of hours after she got caught....

PS : I am not absolving Thomas completely either.... While I do think he has changed, it's clear he was full of crap when he said he would reject Hope even if she threw herself at him.... He kissed her back... He is fantasizing about it non-stop and doesn't see it as a mistake.... He doesn't get a pass either...

Meh. Hope and Liam are in the exact same position. They each have feelings for someone else. If Hope moves on with Thomas quickly it will be the same as Liam running to Steffy all those times. He wants to do it right now, as a matter of fact, and would if there wasn't the little issue of Finn.

I hate the idea of Thope, but I LOVE that Hope turned it back around on Liam. Steffy HAS been in the middle of Hope and Liam's relationship. Right from the very beginning. There is nothing he can say. Hope spoke the truth.

Hope sure did. I just wonder how Finn is going to feel about Liam being around

I'm interested to see how he reacts to Steffy keeping the kisses a secret.

Me too. That has to come out. If Finn comes across the good guy that understand it will piss me off.
