Liam told Hope he wants a divorce and he's gonna reaffirm that tomorrow. Whatever Hope does after that is her right. If Liam regrets his decision but Hope has decided to embrace her feelings for Thomas regardless of what anyone else thinks, and he sees them kissing again, that's his problem.

We don't know yet....what if Liam says let's make this work. She hightails it over to Tom's to tell him she is taking a leave from HFTF to work on her marriage, they kiss, and Liam sees them because he came over to have a talk with Tom about how he knows it was not Tom's instigating the kiss in Rome? That would make what Hope does, wrong.

How in the world will that happen. Don’t they have writers for B&B
