Maybe, yes. Usually when Tom was obsessing we got hints, like him talking to himself or having fantasies about her kissing him.
This time it´s the other way round, we got Hope´s fantasies...if Tom has fantasies too we can only guess.
At the moment I accept that he has changed but I think if he is not we will find out sooner or later.

He has been shown constantly flashing back to Thope moments no different than Hope's flashbacks IMO. He still lives breathes everything Hope Hope Hope. He has no life outside of HFTF. All he does is sitting there drawing like freak. Just plain weird to this viewer.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
