Based on Carter saying Rome was great because there was no drama and no PR nightmare. There will be a fallout from Rome. I don't think it's going to be Hope and Thomas but Steffy and Liam who got a picture taken of them.

While that's a good idea, that's a very slow press if it's not out already. And bill, who is supposed to be some kind of publications mega mobile, would already have been told about this picture.

Not saying they wouldn't do it, but they want to follow any kind of reality, even so reality at this point, it would already be out because the preview was that very day, so it would pay to put it out immediately. And two, Bill.
