She's such a catty witch. Especially with this situation. I understand she's looking out for her brothers best interests. But this is overkill. Really.

If she was truly just looking out for her brother, she would have ended the line or made it so that Hope and Thomas didn't work in the same room. She has all of the power to do that. She just likes to hassle Hope and cause problems in Hope's marriage. Either she believes in her brother therefore knows that if he is really "better", then no one can "derail" him, or, she doesn't believe him and is therefore lying to everyone.
