Also that line about wanting support and reassurance...and AN says...."unfortunately Hope does not get it, going INTO this trip..." .which feeds into the spoiler that Liam comes over to SUPPORT her and HFTF and maybe even Tom, so he is not checking up on them, he is coming to bring the support. That will make whatever happens with Thope, that much more worse and will lay the onus all on Hope.

Right. This is ridiculous, she puts it all on Liam. She hasn’t given an inch to Liam on anything and she gives him major attitude about getting what she wants and needs and disregards whatever he says. He doesn’t even enter into her consideration of anything in any way.

She actually went along with him standing in as Steffy's "sweet husband". If that isn't giving an inch then I don't know what is.

She went along for a few days, and when it got too much for her, she told him that Steffy had to be told the truth...and guess what....he did as his wife asked, because he understood that it was bothering her. So, what is Hope's problem? She knows her working with Tom 14 hours a day is bothering her husband, but she does not show him the same respect he showed her, and tell Tom that she is not his "sweet work wife" and it is time for her to start going home to her REAL husband.

The problem is that she's being asked to give up her career. Steffy made it clear that it was Tom or nothing as her lead designer. Liam wants her to choose the nothing. That's not fair.

They could have worked independently of one another, people do it all the time. Creative people do it all the time. Or, if they needed to be in the same room, then bring in an assistant that was there to keep notes and keep it all above board. There is also not reason for them not to be working with the doors opened and even down in the work rooms where the fit models can be right there for measurements and to give their own input as to how something feels and fits. Besides Liam did not ask her to make a choice, Steffy did, and Hope made the wrong choice. In this world, family is much more important than your job. If Hope is so in love with her line and her husband too, then maybe she should have looked harder for a designer and worked to make them understand her "message" which I believe is a message of being honest, having integrity, doing the right thing, etc. none of which Hope is doing right now....she has gone "off-message" LOL
