I think she really loves Liam and doesn´t want to hurt him...but she should "man up" and finally tell him about her thoughts, her fantasies and feelings about Tom (well, perhaps not that one fantasy when she saw Tom´s face while sleeping with Liam, it might give him ED... LOL...).
It would be risky if she really doesn´t want to lose Liam, he might leave her over it...but it is still better than lying and panicking and fighting off Steffy every day... :neutral
