I cheered for Hope today

I was so happy when she brought up Liam's 13 years long inappropriate relationship with Steffy.
Hope: "You get to spend time with your ex-wife, with your track record, and I take no issue with it. And yet I can't work with my lead designer?"
Yaaaaas! tell him off!
Liam always expects Hope to be fine with him keeping around the woman he cheated on Hope with many times. And Liam even slept with said woman recently and could have fathered her child but he can't handle the same thing happening to him.
Hope has yet to do half of the things Liam put her through.
I'm so happy she called that hypocrite out. Now Bell just needs to go ahead and end Lope. They are and will always be tainted because of Steffy's involvement since those Aspen days.

Hope is destroying her own marriage and her relationship with Liam all on her own. With the exception of the mannequin mix-up, Liam has not considered Steffy as anything other than a friend. In other words, there hasn't been 13 years of anything inappropriate between Steffy and Liam.

I think spending the night with her, the person he had cheated with, and holding her in his arms after she said to him "Just be with me." was inappropriate. And I don't buy the, it was just a friend comforting a friend who was in grief, thing. Taylor lived in the house with him. She should have been there to comfort her daughter.

That makes Hope even more hypocrite, then. We know (dialogs) she has been spending dozens of nights with Thomas at Eric's, and taken Beth with her, and expected Liam to get over it. Liam spent ONE night with Steffy, and it wasn't even planned. He fell asleep on the couch while he was watching a movie with Kelly. He woke up the next morning and immediately called Hope and told her the truth. ONE night under extreme circumstances doesn't compare to Hope spending dozens of nights with the man who tried to murder her husband in cold blood and tried to burry his baby alive.
Liam isn't working with Steffy, by the way. They never worked together. Tell me again how it compares to Hope and Thomas parading every day at the office for long hours.

Hope and Liam didn't even argue about it. He understood that Hope is Douglas's mother and she wanted to be there with HIM. Not Thomas. Unlike Liam, who was there for his ex wife, holding her in his arms.

Thomas is Hope's ex boyfriend and she is holding him in her arms every 2 days, this year. And doing much more than holding him.
Liam understood, so that makes everything ok? He also understood when Hope slapped him with annulment papers and married his ennemy a week later. Liam is an understanding and forgiving person, he forgave years of waffling with Wyatt without judging her. It doesn't mean all the viewers feel the same way as Liam.

Thomas is not Hope's ex boyfriend. The only reason she was ever with him is because he used her grief to manipulate her into marrying him. She was actually repulsed by him at that time.

Liam knew that Hope didn't stay at Eric's because of Thomas. It was for Douglas. So, yeah, it's world's different than holding your ex wife that you just banged in your arms.

Hope considers Thomas as her ex boyfriend. When Thomas returned from NY and said they dated and were in love, she agreed with him. So, from Hope's perspective it's a fact. Thomas was her ex and she loved him. And Hope still broke her vows to Liam and married him. Manipulations or not, she could have said no. Liam was a fool to forgive her, just like after her 2 years of cheating and waffling with his brother.
Douglas? Douglas is always Hope's excuse. Douglas is never mentionned in Hope and Thomas' conversations. She is using the kid as an excuse to justify these hundreeds of inappropriate office scenes she was with Thomas, yet Douglas is never even brought up.

Meh. I disagree with every word of that.
