I'm a Professional! (Spoilers)

In real life, I have seen so many people, both men and women, that were so career driven that their marriage fell apart. I worked in an office on second shift in the 90's and I often wondered how some of the professionals at work had a home life at all. They came into the office early (according to first shift) and stayed into late into the evening and sometimes the night. According to people that worked on the weekend shift, these professionals were there on most Saturdays. We joked that they were married to their work and some of them were caught up in affairs. Hope is acting like that kind of person and reminding me of them. I still don't see why one of them, either Thomas or Hope, couldn't work from home and be together only when necessary, with a third party in the room with them. Move Zende in the office with Thomas since they both design for HFTF. Those two could work together on the designs and then both together, run them by Hope for any changes. Why does Hope not work with Zende as much as she is working with Thomas? Hope cannot help the feelings she is feeling, but she can help how she responds to them. One way Hope can respond to them is to admit that she has the feelings and remove herself from the temptation.

Steffy could make them have a 3rd party in the room...and she should. She should tell Hope privately that she is going to require it, and that they can tell Tom why, or not, it is up to Hope. BUT, there will be a 3rd person there and Steffy could even tell Hope she wants that person to take extensive notes of all the work that is being done on the line.....that is not unheard of in a creative business. This would force Hope to pooh or get off the pot. If this is really "just about HFTF" then there would be no issue. If it is about her feelings for Tom, then she would have to make arrangements to see Tom outside the office. If Hope does not like it, she can quit FC. The new concept in offices now is loft space and everyone's desk or work area is seen by everyone else. Steffy could even go that route. That way the designers are all in the same area, and can bounce things off each other.
