Hope was apologizing so profusely for what she said and assuring Thomas that she didn't mean it that she almost said the truth out loud...again. Just as she was saying that the changes Thomas has made "transformed the way she feels about..." she caught herself. Even though she didn't actually say the words how profusely she was apologizing and the fact that she was that much of a wreck at the thought that she hurt him, should definitely be enough for Thomas to figure out that has fallen hard for him.

But she did admit she has feelings for him... twice now.

In the plane she was also going to confess her feelings, but was interrupted by the pilot...

I think I read Thomas will start to wonder... I can't believe he hasn't noticed by now... The way she was contemplating his lips in the hotel room and in the plane...

I like the new Thomas who isn't full of himself and selfish.... but they shouldn't make him stupid either.
