To be fair, it's been getting worse for months, long before the current storylines with Sheila, Bill/Katie, Braylor and Thomas-Liam-Hope started. After Aspen it went downhill again.

And it's getting worse for the other soaps too... Y&R's trajectory is usually similiar to B&B's...

B&B is terrible since 2020, I won't list all the reasons why.

I stopped watching twice since 2020. I tuned back in for Sheila and Bill.

Now I am loving this Hope story even if I don't like her character in general. I know some fans aren't happy but hey, lots Brooke fans don't want her with Ridge and it's happening anyway. Fans of every characters will be disappointed one day, that's how soaps work. Steffy and Finn will be next. ;-)

The repetitiveness of the dialogs is the biggest problem for me. Steffy and Finn, Hope and Liam, Hope and Thomas, Steffy and Thomas, Brooke and Taylor, Brooke and Ridge, RJ and Ridge... same disk every day.

The Liam whining is insufferable, for instance! EVERY SINGLE DAY the same things. He is one of my favorite character, yet I have to mute him every time he starts barking about Thomas. They're totally ruining him. Part of me wishes I could fast-forward to the day he finds out in Rome, so he will finally shut up and start talking about something else.
