If Steffy is so worried about Tom getting derailed she certainly made a dumb decision when she forced Hope to take him back.
But I still think she has an other agenda...though I may be wrong of course...:neutral

IMO, bully Steffy always has other agenda. Even if she claimed that she is only into Finn, still doesn't change the fact that she spent many many years hating the Logans. So if Hope somehow ends up losing Liam, Steffy will be thrilled deep down inside watching Hope suffer heartbreaks and be miserable gives Steffy great pleasure. Steffy is a vindictive, mean witch. JMO.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
