What the heck is Finn talking about? I'm so sick and tired of characters who have no idea about Brooke talking about Brooke.

What example did Brooke set for Hope? Brooke kept Hope's father away from her to protect her. Brooke was with Nick and Ridge after Hope was born. Who else? When Hope was GROWN, Brooke was with Bill.

So what "example" did Brooke set for Hope growing up about bad boys and flirting and men?

Maybe I missed it. What stories did Steffy have to tell him?

It wasn’t while she was growing up, but it’s something Hope has had to live with her whole life. The “bad boy” is Deacon. Brooke slept with her daughters husband, “bad boy” Deacon, and got pregnant with Hope.

That's not the narrative. The narrative is what Finn said TODAY. Finn said the type of "EXAMPLE" brooke set while raising Hope. That has nothing to do with rumors about the PAST. He was referring to the kind of woman Brooke was while raising Hope.

They say "bad boys" when they refer to brooke -- not bad boy. Brooke very plainly said she fell for the bad boys.
If it's about Deacon, they should make it about Deacon -- especially since he's on the show, but from the narrative, it is NOT about deacon or what happened between Brooke and Deacon. They are talking about Brooke's whole life and motherhood, not just one relationship with Deacon.

I am asking the type of example Finn thinks Brooke set for Hope while growing up because Brooke can't do jack diddly about the past but the values she raised Hope with are something entirely different and Brooke apparently did something right with Hope, with RJ, and with Phoebe. So things were DEFINITELY different in Brooke's household after her affair with Deacon.

I'm also asking what are these "stories" Steffy told Finn that had to have occurred while Hope was being raised, otherwise, why are they relevant? And what "stories" did Steffy know about firsthand when she was a child herself?
