Ok , Hope blaming her mom because she wants Thomas and is flirting with a guy who was obsessed with her and did despicable things to her AND those she loved, is NOT her mom’s fault! Finn really needs to keep his mouth off of it when it comes to brooke. I do not recall Brooke ever sitting around flirting with a man trying to get a man's attention when she didn't really love him and want him. So if that's what hope is doing, then she absolutely is not anything like her mother.

Not one inappropriate thing about Brooke smiling and responding when a man flirts with her. Plus, knowing how her emotions are, she didn't lead him on. She didn't bed him. She didn't get all sexual with him. So like I said, I'm tired of characters throwing Brooke's behavior in as an excuse for Hope.
