Why isn’t Hope talking about both parents
All this proves to me is that Hope is confused about many things. The show can choose to walk away from the past few years and pretend that this situation is only about Hope falling for Thomas or it can show that Hope is very mixed up about her mother, Liam and Steffy, and Ridge. They can try to fake a real romance or deal with Hope in a more complex way. I’m still a never Thoper and I’m still taking a break, but hopefully the fans who think Thope is hot will get something out of it. I guess for now I’m so proBeth that I have no patience for it. I thought the storyline about her kidnapping and Thomases role in keeping her from her parents was the cruelest thing I’ve ever seen on television. That plot grabbed me. All of my criticisms are tied to my feelings about that one TV story. I thought it was too much for a soap and watching Thomas treat Douglas so cruelly was over the top.
