Why should Hope be willing to dump Liam? At the monent she seems confused by her feelings for Tom and it may even be a case of divided heart, like Liam has for years now, but I am convinced she still loves Liam and always will...just like Liam told Steffy not too long ago that he "never not loved her".
Even if Hope in her confusion should taste the forbidden fruit Tom she will be well aware that Liam is the love of her life. And even if Liam should crawl back to Steffy for some time he will still know that Hope is IT for him.
