The minute Hope put that dress on she was gone. She was fully swept up in her feelings. That heartbeat sound returned once again representing how fast her heart is beating around Thomas. Sure she heard Brooke's voice but it's too late. She's all the way into the bad boy and I think tomorrow she's gonna plant one on him which is what Steffy sees and why Hope will go make Liam a guilt dinner.

I never heard this heartbeat sound you mention, not the other time either. And I had the TV on loud. LOL

I wasn't paying much attention to yesterday but the last time there was definitely a pounding heartbeat as she looked at Thomas and it was loud.
