Is Katie a interesting soap character?

The ONLY time I’ve ever liked the character of Katie Logan was when Bill put her in charge of Forrester Creations and she ran it with an iron fist. She’s an otherwise boring useless character and always has been. Even when the show starting in 1987, she was the worst character on the show. Heather Tom did the best she could with such a boring character. Out of all the Logan sisters (Brooke, Donna & Katie), Katie was, to me, always a throw away character.
