DC: What's something you would like to revisit from Eric's past?

JM: Well, I’m kind of doing it right now. Eric with Donna (Jennifer Gareis) is revisiting a part of his past. I think he celebrates his past. All those years with Stephanie (Susan Flannery), building the company up in the beginning, that was exciting and young and groundbreaking for them. Also, having the children around, compared as opposed to now when they’re all gone. I think Thorne (Winsor Harmon) back would be good, and well, really, all of them!

So many things from Eric's past showing that he is one of the biggest villains ever.

Now that Deacon is back front and center, it might be a good time to revisit Deacon and Eric's past. Eric :
- shot Deacon in the stomach
- tried to run over Deacon with a car (this one was first degree, intentional and premeditated)
- tried to choke Deacon on a bed
- cornered Deacon with Thorne and Ridge's help in a dark alley and beat him up.
That's already 2 attempted murders (included a cold-blooded one) and 2 other examples of life endangerment + assault and battery. Add obstruction in all of those instances. Aggravating circumstances.

He knocked out Sheila and tried to choke her.

Let's talk about Johnny, that guy he almost killed in Greenland and then killed for good in LA. He impaled him with a crossbow and 1 year later he threw him off a balcony and caused his death. Both acts were to defend Lauren but he still covered it up and lied about it.

Took advantage of Brooke after their first divorce in 1991. Some even see it as rape by deception, I wouldn't go that far though.

Fell for and married Quinn, a woman who tried to decimate several members of his family, kidnapped, raped and tried to kill the father of his greatgranddaughter. Endangered and turned his back on his family for her.

And another long list of minor crimes under his belt. Assault, blackmail, obstruction, fraud, embezzlement, larceny, manipulations.

Cheated on practically every women he has been with, except Brooke.
Married Brooke to keep her away from Nick and Bridget

IMO, Eric has always been a terrible person. I hated Stephanie but he treated her horribly. Honestly, he treated most of the women he was involved with horribly.

Yes, I almost wrote all the women in his life, and then I thought about him and Kristen.
