And you shouldn't...this is a soap, and all this crazy cheating left and right is just what happens in a soap.
I am sure no normal guy would want to be with any of the women on the show (and no normal woman would want any of the men) but you don't meet normal guys on a soap. Even good old Finn is not what I would call a normal guy.
I love Brooke but would I want her to be part of my real life family? Certainly not, and this applies to all the other characters too.

Good post. They're all whacked out. That's why we watch them...to see all the whacked out stuff they do.
