I disagree. When it comes to Beth, I place the blame all on Zoe and Paris’s Father Dr Reese Buckingham.

He’s the one who stole and switched babies. Just so his daughter Zoe would be safe. he also put newborn baby Beth, put his apartment. So that means he also committed kidnapping.

Flo kept quiet Beth being alive, and she signed that Adoption agreement. Which is something she never did. But she did receive redemption when she saved Katie so I call her a hero not a Felon.

I will never see Flo as a hero, but I honestly don't get all the negative hype with her.
It isn't like she deliberately and cold-bloodily hurt people. She made ONE big mistake. She had no idea the baby was switched when she agreed to participate. Reese lied to her and said a celebrity gave up her child and needed help for the adoption. She only found out the truth about the baby switch after she signed the papers.

Saving Katie doesn't excuse her, though. She should have told Hope the truth when she realized Beth was Phoebe. I just never saw her as a villain. She was never violent, manipulative or dangerous with anyone.

She spent a few weeks in jail for her crime, which is more than 90% of the other criminals on this show. Now she is gone but if she comes back, I don't see why she should continue to be blamed for this. Other characters have done worse and been redeemed and forgiven.
